2. Must be willing to meet with mentor once per week (virtual or in-person)
3. Code of Conduct Form
4. Parental Permission Form
5. Orientation

1. Attending or graduated from a 4-year university
2. Must be willing to meet with mentee once per week (virtual or in-person)
3. Complete Background Check
4. Code of Conduct Form
Qualities of a Good Mentor
- enuinely invested in being a mentor
- Active listener
- Teach new skills and advocate for your mentee
- Provides unbiased guidance and outside perspective
- Able to identify mentees’ strengths and weaknesses
